Shipment policy

Goods can be ordered through the website. Once you register, we will look for one of those on your contact options. If you wish to contact us you can do one of the following ways:

Goods from the site are delivered by courier to the address specified in the application.

Delivery cost is calculated automatically by the system based on the weight.

If the order has an item with free shipping, the rest articles are with shipping price based on their weight.

The price for delivery in Bulgaria to office address of the courier is based on EKONT price list as the site offer 20% more discount.

International shipments are based on price list of Bulgarian Posts

Delivery is within 10 - 25 days after order confirmation for international customers.

Commodity prices are final, including VAT, without cost of delivery.

Complaints of products are determined depending on the manufacturer.

Return Policy

Replacement and Return:

Replacement occurs when the resulting product does not meet your expectations. You have the right to replace the item with another. If numbering or color does not suit, please write the desired size and / or color sheet in the envelope of the returned product to know which number to replace it. Chosen products and their quantities can be changed at any time before you have confirmed the final version with the type of payment. If you want to make changes then contact the administrator of the store by phone on +359 885 35 83 38.

You have the right to choose whether to replace the product or get your money back. You can replace this product for a completely different another item and pay the corresponding difference in the amount.

Within 14 working days after receipt of the goods, you may return it or replace it with the following conditions:

Preserved good looks of the product. He's not dirty, worn, scratched, burned or torn. No damage caused by misuse. Preserved original packaging. Preserved original label. Our advice is good to judge whether the garment meets your expectations before you tear the label. Lovely receipt.

In exchange or return by customer, courier costs are borne by him.

Reclamation:

Reclamation is done when the product you have received is defective (torn, worn, broken, scratched).

Within 3 days of receipt of goods, the customer has the right to return if it meets the following conditions:

If you meet these conditions you have the right to replace the damaged item with another, and if you do not want, we will give your money back. Reimbursement shall be made only by bank transfer. Bank transfers are made once a month.

In return, courier costs are on customers expenses.

Refund:

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Full refund will be made in the same card that the customer has paid. If the customer has purchased goods and is pleased with it he may request refund. The money of the customer will be reimbursed. The cost of returning the goods are at his expense. Refund will be carried out immediately after the return of the goods by the customer. Refund is depending on the capabilities of bank but not later than 10 working days.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Natural World Ltd. has no right to open packaged items returned. Please, all customers who use the services: Return Swap, Returns to inform the courier that allow us to open the returned items. We can not be sure that you have met the above conditions unless we have access to the products. We can be most effective but we need your help.
