Tek series® soft-shell fabrics are winter technical fabrics for the outdoor market. Most of the collection consists of multi-layered fabrics featuring the presence of the tek series®soft-shell membrane, which provides transpiring, waterproof and windproof properties. Many fabrics in this category have been designed to be suitable for extreme and prolonged use. Tek series® soft-shell fabrics have the advantage of being elastic, thus guaranteeing real freedom of movement, and being resistant to wear and tear ensuring the long life of the garments.
It is a particular membrane featuring significant resistance to cold and wind combined with a high level of transpiration and resistance to water.
The clothing designed with Tek series®soft-shell technology guarantees a high level of protection from atmospheric agents such as rain, snow and wind while offering the utmost comfort thanks to its transpiration property. Via an osmosis process, the membrane manages to expel the excess dampness that is produced during sporting activities and consequently curbs the annoying effect of internal heating by continuously compensating for the heat produced by the human body. The tek series®soft-shell membrane protects the user from wind, cold, snow and rain and keeps the body in a comfortable internal microclimate.
